I was referred to Key Credit Repair by a friend – take my advice and avoid them! I paid for the accelerated program and after 7 months, my score has gone down, nothing has been removed from my report and nobody has offered to settle.

They gave me the same line as everyone else: “you will see results in 3-4 months, we will help you get 3 new lines of credit….” Over-promised and under-delivered.

When I email the company, it takes weeks to get a reply if I get one at all and when I try calling them the phone just rings and rings with no answer.

The customer service is beyond terrible. Now that I’ve paid for 7 months I’m not expecting much during the next 6 free months.

What a waste of time and money and I am no better off for it.

Please, please, please listen to me and do not give them a nickel!
