Kent Clothier

Kent Clothier real estate smart system sells trash - Beware

I saw a video of Kent Clothier real estate guru (scam) explaining an easy way of making money. It further captivated me to explore further about the option. I had never invested in real estate. However, the way he projected he could train, it seemed easy.

I took out time to do some research and thought of contacting him. He was a real charm and his intelligence was oblivious through the video. I think those are the qualities also needed to fool someone and that someone was me.
After watching his much convincing video, I ordered some video CDs, though I did not order any course. I wanted to see what they had to offer and thought that the CDs would be cheap and better way to know how their idea works.

So, I ordered the CDs through their website. Some, Johnny Gutierrez called me after a day I ordered those CDs. He claimed to be the director of Kent’s company and convince me of the results. I was too desperate to see through their lies. I told him about the financial crisis I was going through which made me a great opportunity for them.

He kept calling me until I accepted his offer. To be honest, he did not have to make much of an effort. I was an easy target. He made me invest $15000 for a course that says it could help establish own business. At that time, nothing seemed a better deal to me. Without giving it a second thought, I ordered the course.

I was excited to learn and was looking forward to some detailed information on wholesaling. I started those classes and was disappointed to know that their material was nothing special. Anyone can find those details on internet by searching minimum capital investment. I tried to approach the trainers but to my surprise they were also too lousy to respond. They were there to make money and had no intentions of sharing the right information.

The way they advertised, it sounded too good to be true. I should have raised the alarm that time itself. But, their luring was beyond my innocence and restraints. I was among those victims who can raise alarm but would have to wait until someone comes.

As per my understanding, wholesaling is only a tool to rob poor and divide it among the riches. I wish I would have found out the same before. I want to warn you guys out there, if you at all interested in investing for something that does not work. How much he tries to convince you, stay alert, he can take everything without your knowledge and till the time you will realize, he will be through with it.

  1. Kent Clothier Terrible experience

Awful experience. Do not trust whatsoever. I lost close to 5K on a credit card. They said it is refundable. They will not refund the money. It is a scam. Complete waste and useless information.

  2. No proof here of scam

Did you take action? My guess is no. Because then you’d be praising them instead of anonymously crying about it on the internet. Sure, lots of information is available on the internet but what you’re paying for is that they’ve put all the information together in an organized package, easy to learn and with extraneous stuff filtered out, as well as their special expertise which could save you thousands of dollars if they save you from making a costly mistake. That kind of information is priceless and NOT shared for free on the internet.

  3. Kent Clothier REWW HUGE SCAM

REWW and any of Kent Clothiers systems are HUGE SCAMS. It contains materials you can look up on your own on the internet. He charges HUGE prices. I hate this troll.

  4. REWW/SMART is a SCAM

SCAM ALERT – REWW’s FIND MOTIVATED SELLERS, FIND MOTIVATED BUYERS, FIND PRIVATE LENDERS SOFTWARE IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE>>>>

There’s 2 parts to this scam. PART 1 begins in the summer of the year 2016 when Kent Clothier conducted a marketing blitz promising all of early adopters that they would only have to pay a 1-time fee of $1450 for his SMART software and that no other payments would ever be needed for life (except for an annual fee of $99). The deal seemed too good to be true and it was. Early adopters were lured in by the false promise that they would have access to nationwide buyer leads, motivated seller leads, private lender leads, and find comps now, for life after making only a 1-time payment of $1450. He also made everyone believe that the leads generated by his software would be updated every 14 days. Fast forward a year later to 2017 and suddenly his promise fell through when he upgraded the software with new bells and whistles, albeit the same exact data without any changes, for the stunning new price of $50/month. How do you go from $1450 lifetime, to $50/mo for the same exact data, much of which is outdated, which brings up PART 2 of the scam.

PART 2: When you search for motivated sellers, you get a list of property addresses including the address of the owner, but a quick county search of the property address shows a completely different owner of the property. Months later if you run the same search, you get the same exact false propety owner with no update. In other words, there’s no fancy algorithm working in the background searching county records which, because if so, they would have the right owner name for the address. This accounts for more than half of their motivated seller leads. The only way this could be possible is if they’re database was statically populated years ago without being updated ever since. Yet, they want to sell you this false data for $50/mo. I was curious why when I initially pointed this out to them, they told me to send them the record with the correction so that they fix the algorithm. I didn’t realize at the time that was their way of using their customers to help them scrub the database. What a bunch of worthless lying two-faced bait-and-switch scum. Don’t waste your money on this product.

  6. All Sizzle no steak,

I got scammed by him as well. I think he instructs his sales department sell at all cost. Lie, cheat, steal it does not matter. Any school you go to has a refund policy, but not REWW. The course material can be obtained any where online, he sells nothing special.
If your that annoyed, his office is in LaJolla CA, stop by, for 15k, I would.
