Sadly K & B Business Service has very poor customer service. The secretary(wife) charged my CC and when she could not figure out how to reverse the charges (used wrong card) she did not know how.
The brother did not know how either so they were to either 1. figure out how to reverse the charge or 2. send me a check.
Neither happened and the charge went through anyway putting me in serious financial problems which I told them would happen.
When I confronted the secretary asking why they chose not to do anything she said ‘I told the other brother’ who is her husband and my accountant.
He claimed to know nothing about it and she could not even locate my taxes.
My primary issues – no follow through a return phone call or email = poor customer service.
The secretary’s reason – I passed it to ‘him’ and assumed it was taken care of because I don’t deal with those things.
No one was willing to accept responsibility and NO ONE apologized.
