My experience with Joseph J Palumbo CPA has been a nightmare.
We were referred by friends, and I expected him to be friendly and competent.
My experience has been the opposite. He sent a tax return to us with a major error.
Thankfully, I was able to catch a mistake he admits!! Had we used him to file our taxes we would have lost a lot of money.
My trust was broken and we filed with someone else.
We did not sign an agreement, nor did he mention pricing, yet he is billing us for $655 and is aggressively demanding payment. I will not be using his services in the future.
