I purchase a brand new Shure UA844 system online from Jonathan Bullas of Crystal Rocked (www.crystalrocked.com) and paid £560 . After a month of countless calls, emails and messages (which I never got a response to) I received an old used badly damaged UA844 (was not in its original packaging). I have requested for a refund but Jonathan/Crystal Rocked have not responded, apologized or given any explanation.
I contacted Shure UK and they confirmed Crystal Rocked is not a Shure UK partner or authorized dealer as advertised on www.crystalrocked.com
