Horrible.John Lutcza & Blake Andrews told me if I paid off a 16k business loan I would HAVE my mortgage loan.
Only after I decided having a HOME was that important to me and paid it did John Lutcsa tell me he actually COULD NOT give me the loan.
That set me into financial turmoil to this day! Irresponsible, unprofessional, untruthful.
Horrible! Really should speak to a lawyer about these guys!
