I can see how John can be efficient in getting you approved. He will do whatever it takes to get it done.
However, he was so concentrated on getting us the approval that he forgot to listen to what WE want.
He lacked in communication. For example, he only gave us two hours to lock our rate before before it went up, and he notified us via email!
During working hours! Rates are a big deal, and costs us thousands in interests!
When confronted him as to why he couldn’t pick up the phone for something so crucial, his excuse was that he was on vacation.
I would recommend that when he’s on vacation that he doesn’t take on new clients.
I’m not sure if he’s hard working or just didn’t want to lose out on commissions.
I’m a first time home buyer and this was not the experience I was hoping for.
