WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We have now waited a total of 14 hours on different days for our furniture to be delivered. STILL NOTHING. And not a phone call, voicemail, text, or email to cancel either. Just complete no shows. And when I asked for a refund of the $120 delivery fee they refused. My kids have been eating off the floor for a week now as we got rid of our old kitchen table already. Worst experience ever. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM JMD!!!!! I

    Don’t even attempt to buy from this store. They sold us bad mattresses even though they were brand new and wrapped in plastic. A piece of metal is coming out of one of them especially straight in the middle which could cause injury to the back. When trying to return them, they only do so with a receipt (which lets keep in mind that some people may lose!) Horrible furniture and service

    I wouldn’t refer my dog to this store. These people are beyond unprofessional. Why ask to choose a store when another store is chosen for you. Also you pay a $70 delivery fee and the don’t set your stuff up… I promise come Monday I will be calling the better business bureau.

    This gotta be highway robbery. And the delivery men were beyond rude. I’m trying to find something nice to say. I honestly can’t. Enter at your own risk dealing with these people.

  5. I told him that I just got off of the phone with my bank and that there was no refund done nor pending.

    I have been calling this company daily since the delivery of the one couch in order to get the refund. Friday, someone named “Billy” said that they authorized the refund Friday October 19th. I called my bank Monday October 22nd and they said that no refund was issued nor pending.

    At 2pm, Monday, October 22nd, I called the JMB Company and talked to a non-native English speaker who said that he was the assistant manager and that his name was “David Johnson.” “David Johnson” (if that is his name) said that the refund was authorized. I told him that I just got off of the phone with my bank and that there was no refund done nor pending.

    JMD gives you best value for the money. I was impressed by the variety of collection they have. I ordered bedroom and living room furniture from JMD. So far no complaints, only complements.

    Staff was courteous and understood our needs and showcased the products accordingly. Delivery scheduling and confirmation was also hassle free.

    I would give 10 stars if I could. They have very good furniture selection and great prices.The staff’s knowledge and level of customer service is nonparallel. They have a great range of products with very reasonable pricing. They took complete and total ownership of the entire process from ordering, to status updates, to delivery, to resolving issues.

    After moving into new apartment my wife and I stopped in, we explained what we were looking for and Preeti gave us a stack of catalogs to look through with helpful explanations of each. We camped out there for over an hour looking through everything and Preeti was available the entire time for questions without ever being sales-y or making us feel rushed. You can expect a warm, personal touch from an individual that it’s a pleasure doing business with.
