He called me a liar and shouted at me on the phone!

This review is not for the service, but for their scheduling staff. I scheduled someone to come over and run diagnostics in my fireplace, which is currently not working. They scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon, someone was supposed to call me in the morning to give me an arrival window, and then later 30min prior to their arrival.

Wednesday morning came and nothing. When it got to 2pm, I called them to see if someone was still coming. They said they were backlogged with too many people needing their A/C fixed, which took priority over my fireplace due to the hot weather. I asked why I wasn’t notified, but no answer to that.

I asked if I could schedule it for another day, and the person said yes, but there was no guarantee someone would show up. I asked if that was the case, if someone would call me. Then the person reiterated that was hot season, priority was given to A/C over fireplaces, etc. At that point I just thanked him, and hung up.

In summary: if you’re not servicing fireplaces because of of the hot season, just say that. If you are scheduling appointments, call when they will not be kept and this way customers won’t take off work and wait on you. It’s not hard.

    I had two good experiences with these guys and then one horrible experience, where the plumber estimated a lower price and then wanted to charge more than double when the work was done. When I tried to resolve the issue with the manager, Mark,

    I had the single worst customer service experience of my life. He called me a liar and shouted at me on the phone! I feel bad because the first two plumbers we had were good, but avoid these guys, because the business end is shady.

Was never charged for the services apparently and then on June 7th[2 MONTHS LATER] I look at my bank account and they removed the money without informing me.

    I called to discuss and the women told me she had no idea what happened and why they would do that but that the person I needed to talk to was “in a meeting” and would call me back. Multiple calls and emails for two weeks and still no response. So UNPROFESSIONAL and irresponsible.

    They have had my billing info just laying around their office for god knows who to see and then did not even bother to return my calls or email. Had to cancel my credit card because I cannot trust where or who has seen it. Thanks for HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thanks for causing my account to overdraft. I will never use your company again and make sure NO ONE I know does.

  4. Highly recommend them. Honest brokers. Good service. Will call them every time.

    These guys are great. I first had them come out to check on my gas fireplace as I couldn’t get the pilot light lit – it was an easy fix and they showed me how to fix it in the future without having to call.

    Then 2 weeks later I encountered another small problem and they walked me through the fixes over the phone without coming out. Saved me money.
