Lack Of Response
Take it from me: Do NOT use K.C. McCool or JFK Financial. She will not respond for weeks/months and leave you hanging until the final hour.
We were within the 30 day window and had to use another lender last minute due to her lack of response.
She never sent us any paperwork, and ALWAYS had an excuse as to why she took weeks to respond (if she even did respond).
I even wrote a detailed letter to their owner explaining exact dates that we sent requests and never received responses.
I have no idea how she has a job because her lack of professionalism made my entire experience of stressful, scary and full of the unknown.
This town is too small to screw over people trying to enjoy building a home and going through hell with her and her company for SIX months is something I hope you all reading this never have to go through.
Was told they PROBABLY WERE shredded
Gave Brandon, with Chris in attendance, two years of income taxes for review/processing re a mortgage. I did let it sit for a while, then I inquired about my information, ability to secure a mortgage, and at what level. Guess what: Brandon is gone, so are my RETURNS!!!
Was told they PROBABLY WERE shredded !!! I have asked several times for official stationary/letterhead stating they WERE SHREDDED/DESTROYED, not they PROBABLY WERE SHREDDED OR DESTROYED. Given zilch…….no confirmation thereof, no way to reach Brandon either; JFK of no help as of this writing.
