Lack Of Professionalism
I went to Jason seeking help with my declaration of international revenue and am deeply disappointed by his lack of professionalism and courtesy.
After sending him multiple emails that went unanswered, I was obliged to send my father, who lives in Wisconsin, to see Jason and demand a response.
Jason finally completed my taxes, but, upon reviewing them, I discovered almost all of the information on the form to be incorrect (incorrect amount of revenue, incorrect profession, incorrect filing status, incorrect address, incorrect math, etc.)
This was after I provided Jason with all the necessary material and information.
I ended up calling attention to and correcting his errors, after he made no attempt to adjust them himself.
Jason then sent me a bill, for $100 more than what he had quoted when we first met.
When I brought this up to him, and asked for a reduction due to his lack of any work whatsoever on my behalf, he flatly refused. I have just gotten off the phone with the IRS to discover that Jason did not file my taxes until well after the deadline (causing accrued penalties), and he still provided incorrect information on my filing form.
He refuses to respond to any of my calls or emails. I would most certainly not recommend Jason to anyone I know.
I am appalled by his incompetence and wonder how he could have ever obtained the status of a CPA.

If I could give them no stars I would. The owner doesn’t return calls, emails to me or the BBB as I did file a complaint with them. I am also unsure of the knowledge of the employees. Find a different CPA
