Just to let you know that everything has been processed and a direct flight has been schedule to take off to your location within an hour, it was realized that your puppy is among the smallest pets on board so the Department in charge with Boarding and Transporting of Pets have refused to board your puppy on the available flight as scheduled, reasons, (An Electronic Ventilated Crate) i s required which will help regulate the temperature and keep your pet on its normal state and stress free, so the Crate will cost $950.00 which will be cash 100% refunded at your doorstep, if this fee is not covered on time, the flight will be cancelled, your puppy will have to miss the flight and more charges will be levied but if its paid on time we shall confirm and ship your puppy as scheduled. Payment for electronic crate should be done directly to the our head quarter in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania because that’s where the crate will be issued.
