InvesTex Credit Union

The Attitude

“ONLY work InvesTex Credit Union if you are 100% completely desperate for a job!” Advice to Management If you can change the attitude and mindset of certain Upper Management then my advice would be to begin to genuinely care about the work, life balance of your employees.

To have about 50 employees total give or take and the majority be stressed out or dread coming to work is ridiculous. Stop abusing your employees!

Not providing help, not hiring more staff and not allowing overtime depicts how much Upper Management truly doesn’t care about it’s employees or the conditions under which they have to work everyday.

Care to know about what is going on in the different branches and departments operationally.

Maybe then most of the new people you hire will stay longer than just a couple of months before quitting.

But honestly at this point, the damage is so severe that the major solution to these problems would be to replace certain Upper Management personnel with Leaders that value their employees first and their actions back it up.

But for some reason, “Free Food Fridays” and so called “great benefits” are supposed to make up for being underpaid and unrealistic work expectations.

“Making Lives Better” truly is their slogan for the Members.

This is not a slogan for the employees that work hard there everyday.

Rated this place a one star, and that's being too generous!

Rated this place a one star, and that’s being too generous! They suck ass as a bank! They seriously need to get with it and let customers do more online with their own accounts! Get with it InvesTex it’s !!

I’ll be closing my account here very soon! Don’t bank with these people unless you want to go in every time you need to handle something simple as adding someone to your account.

The bank I have jointly with husband can handle anything and everything over the phone or online without us having to make a trip for nothing. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! Trust me!!!

No one seems to know how to do anything and they take forever

How is this place still in business? This place is a far cry from what it was 5-10yrs ago. Are they trying to fail? No one seems to know how to do anything and they take forever, even in the drive thru. What gives?

It is faxing them the forms which in the past I have done and guess what they said they didn't receive the fax.

Absolutely the most difficult bank to work with. I recently paid off my auto loan and still had the automatic payments being taken out a month later. To stop the automatic payments I have to fill out a form scan and send to it to them. But it doesn’t stop there.

To get the money that was taken I have to fill out another form and scan it and send it to them so they can send me a check. I can’t do a wire transfer because then I get charged $15. But it doesn’t stop there since I am in the military and I do move a lot I have to send in another form just to change my address. They do have other methods of doing all of this..

It is faxing them the forms which in the past I have done and guess what they said they didn’t receive the fax. What a surprise. So unless you live around the corner of the bank and love going into the branch every time you have to do anything I don’t recommend this bank at all.
