Terrible Service

Terrible service. I can’t get my phone calls returned. Intercontinental Capital Group collected my money for the appraisal 2 months ago and we still haven’t closed on my cash out refinance.

I would never recommend them. I reached out to a supervisor and no change.

I even reached out to corporate in NY and nothing was done.

Over 2 years ago when I did a FHA streamline with Matthew Rainwater is was amazing.

I don’t know what happened from that time to now, but this is very disappointing.

    I am very surprised about the negative views below. They helped my daughter and son in-law purchase their first home and we had a great experience. Their loan officer was always available to them and even answered all the questions that I had myself. They did not have any problems during the process or after closing. We would recommend them again.

    Absolutely terrible company to work with. They dropped the ball several times on a mortgage transaction, do not return calls and e-mails and basically are very frustrating to work with. I would NEVER use them again.

    Like everyone else, I received the misleading mailing from ICG offering MIP reductions for FHA mortgages and made the mistake of sending my information over before doing the proper research.

    The company rep that contacted me was initially pleasant, but as soon as I told him I was no longer interested (after Googling the company and seeing all the negative reviews and complaints), this completely changed – he became very rude and unprofessional.

    If I could do a negative rating I would. They are horrible and please don’t use them. I promise you will regret it. They don’t believe in customer service, they don’t have great retention, as I dealt with many different people. I left messages with 9 different people and never received a phone call back,

    until I finally got a phone number of someone high enough to do something. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! AS I AM WRITING THIS I CAN’T BELIEVE THAT I AM WASTING MY TIME. IF YOU USE THEM, YOU WILL SEE. I FEEL BAD FOR A COMPANY LIKE THIS BECAUSE THEY MAKE THERE MONEY AND ARE STILL ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT!
