I Felt Very Disrespected

I went to the Inspire Federal Credit Union to open a account i was told that i could not bc i owed Ally bank i said no i dont.

The woman i believe her name was Karen but i could be wrong.

She told me that i needed to contact them and as long as they sent them a letter that it was not me that i could open a bank accounnt.

So i called Ally Bank why i was still there and was advised that i did not have an account with them.

As im on the phone with them i was telling the woman they are sayimg i dont have an account with them could she get on the phone with them or what do i need to have them send over to clear this up like she advised me to do.

She was very ignorant to me she printed out this paper from some other place she was so rude she just handed me the paperwork and brushed me off and started helping someone else and told me i had to have them remove it know from the system.

From the moment i walked in there i was not greated i was treated very unkind and given mis information.

First im told to call the bank and have them semd a letter saying i dont have an account with Ally.

When i do that she tells me no u have to go through check mate i think that’s what it was called and just printed me 2 pieces of paper never noted the system and brused me off.

I felt very disrespected and was not welcomed into the bank when i walked in i wouldnt want my money in that credit union now after the way i was treated.

    I have a small home equity loan through this credit union of which I have been a member of for many years. I have this monthly payment paid electronically from my bank to the credit union. On I received a letter from the BFFCU telling me that my loan payment had not been received for the previous month.

    On I received a letter from the BFFCU telling me that my loan payment had not been received for the previous month. I then called my bank and they told me that the payment had been sent on and HAD BEEN CASHED by the credit union. I called the credit union and they told me that the payment had not been received.

    I then had to call my bank again and at the same time call the credit union AGAIN. I had to get the name of the person at the credit union I was speaking to this time and have the bank fax the CASHED CHECK to her.

    The next day the credit union called me and told me that they had inadvertently deposited the check from the bank into my checking account instead of paying my loan payment. I will now monitor every transaction with this credit union,

  3. Bucks First Federal Credit Union is the worst banking institution that I have ever used.

    Bucks First Federal Credit Union is the worst banking institution that I have ever used. The customer service is terrible, the bank tellers have no power to help the customer with problems and they always make you wait to talk to a manager that is never available. Problems that can be solved within minutes at other banks and credit unions can take hours to complete at Bucks First.

    Their online banking is joke, nothing is in real time. They will charge you an overdraft even if you transferred the funds online. Good luck trying to get your money back as they never have anyone that can help you when you need it.

    Their hours are terrible as well, if you work a 9-5 job forget finding time to bank at Bucks First. I am currently doing most of my banking at another credit union,it is hands down 100% better than Bucks First. Go anywhere else you can, there is no benefit, only frustration when banking with Bucks First.
