Although the staff is nice, the owners themselves are extremely shady. I wouldn’t recommend Innovative Medical Center of business to anyone in the Fresno/Clovis radius.
Dr. Roulund is extremely rude and unprofessional. He comes off extremely perverted as well.
They are money hungry and will tell you any and everything you want to hear or even try to scare you into needing their treatment.
Do NOT fall for it. They will try to sucker you into their physical therapy treatment as well asking $5000.00 when most places take insurance.
Please be very careful when dealing with this business as they do NOT have your health at heart.

Dr Roulund is a snake oil salesman , dont be fooled by commercials. He is looking to rob you and your medicare with prices that he justifies because he decided . There us no end to the lies told that he can help you . Go see a medical Dr and not a shady chiropractor. Dont get any injections or sign or give info . If you decide not to use them , they will hound you and email and text you .

Needing two knee replacements and other issues with my body, I was desperate to find some relief from the constant pain. I was willing to find out more about Innovative Medical Center.
My husband went to my first appointment and met with staff and Dr. Roulund. Two employees and Dr. Roulund told us that HCT/P injections would eliminate the pain and take the place of surgeries. We were given such high hopes that we decided to go forward.
We paid over $26,000.00 upfront and started treatment. Although they did everything they said they would do, nothing helped. I still live in pain, getting ready to get my first knee replaced, and am out a lot of money. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!
