After ordering a dining table from their website, I was told that shipping and delivery could take up to 2 months. While that’s unreasonable in 2016, I decided to be patient. A month later, I got a delivery date. They called a few days later to say that the table was damaged; it’d be another couple of months to get a replacement. Staff was apologetic but unsurprised. Lots of stores offer comparable merchandise at similar prices. If Industrial Home is going to charge premium prices (which they mosy certainly do), they need to offer premium service (which they most certainly do not). Bad inventory control and supply chain management: these are unfortunate qualities for a home furnishings retailer. I’ll shop at other stores that offer service and quality to match their prices.
