I had been a client of Hurst Robert M CPA PC for tax purposes for at least the past 5 years.
This year I simply couldn’t afford a professional return so am doing it myself.
When I called just to ask for a copy of last year’s return since I had misplaced mine, Bob hung up on me.
I called back, thinking it was a mistake and he hung up on me two more times, saying he was too busy to give out free service.
I had been hoping to use their services in the future if possible, but never again, seeing how they treat their “former” clients.
Plenty of other accountants out there – go elsewhere.
