HSN Accounts is biased and incompetent

I completely agree my fault of ordering gifts from HSM before checking the customer reviews. This had never happened if I had invested some time to check the company’s feedback on the internet. I ordered Ming 5 Qt pan with fry basket. This was done in September of 2017.

Again, I ordered the same product in December 2017 to gift it to my daughter in the Christmas. They sent me double order by assuming that the Christmas order was lost. So, I received in the total of 3 products.

I returned one of them and kept two for gifting it in Christmas. I got the refund too. However, the double shipment cost never showed up on my Flex card. I was getting charged every month but couldn’t track the shipment. I had to depend on their geniuses for charging me right.

The deductions kept happening and I had to contact these people in February to know the status. I did not know why it was taking too long to complete the order’s payment. They said that it was only two more payments of $19.98 and the payment will stop.

Now, in the month of March, my account was deducted with $45 without prior notice. The charges were for an item costing $39.95 that was delivered in December which I ordered for my daughter. As per their claims, there were two refunds made on my account by mistake and they were correcting that glitch by taking the payment now.

This was a lie. I never got two refunds. It was only for that item I shipped back. Now, they are trying to steal my money on an item that was shipped three months back. They said that they issued a refund on another item as well that was not returned. This was not true at all.

Since the time, I ordered, I have only received one refund. The first one was paid in full and they were charging me for another one.

I asked for a ledger document and they refused. They said that they could not provide me that document. If not, they should have audited the transactions properly. The problem is that they never listed the double shipped items on my flex page. I would have been able to track the payments.

Who knows, they did not on purpose? How can such a company working with huge customers make such mistake? This is not acceptable. I am sure they know I cannot sue them for $45 and I have no option to check if they have scammed more money from my account which I am sure they had. But what option am I left with?

That is the reason I am writing this report here. If you care about your money, never order anything from HSN. This company is a fraud. The accounts department is not only incompetent but also unsupportive. They could have helped me to understand the differences, but they were only busy in deducting the money from my account.

    HSN said I can return per policy
    Shipping label coming from a vendor which is unknown to me
    Label should take 21 days to arrive
    Told label would come email never did
    Chat later said label was sent 11/2 but not told how , and chat could not see or find out which means it would arrive
    Told it could come either mail or email
    Contacted 5 times so far
    Now in 11/29 told label will take 21 days to come again
    HSN are refusing to help me or give me a place tO return the broken labtop it has been over 35 days

    Said the return has to go to a vendor who. He would not name. He said they were part of HSN but did not have any information on the Vendor or would disclose it
    He also said that the return policy is on the item
    But the return policy does not state it is a vendor item and a HSN WOULD PROVIDE A SHIPPING LABEL FROM HSN
    Bill stated a new label was requested and would be sent 5-10 businesses days.
    Bill refused to correspond via chat or with the ability to have a documentation of our conversation
    I informed Bill I disputed rhe charge and would be filing a complaint with the FTC AND BBB
    Bill contradicted every thing that the was in the chat

    It does not mention that the return label would come from a vendor or I would have to wait 21 days for a label to come

  2. Illegally closing people's account

    I opened a new account ordered a few items for Christmas for my wife I tried to order one more gift for her that she wanted after Christmas and they said that my account was closed because somebody at my residence had a default Flex payment so why am I being held accountable with my credit rating is perfect and my credit is fine with them HSN I have paid on time never had an issue how can they legally stop somebody from buying something when somebody else at that address had an issue doesn’t make any sense as long as your account is up to date and you don’t have any problems how can they refuse to let you use your account when it’s not hsn’s account is the credit cards company account I don’t understand I will never purchase anything ever again from HSN this company is lousy I also see other people had the same problems with people that same addresses I don’t understand how they can get away with such stupidity I now see why HSN is about to close if they treat everybody like this they will have no business I don’t understand whoever is allowing these people to run this department needs to check because they should not be allowed to do customers in good standing that way that’s no way to treat a loyal customer I also see you do this to many more customers according to these reviews because you simply just don’t care you must realize the economy’s bad you should appreciate good customers you’re going to need us one day and it’s going to be late once you lose all your good customers you will be done just like all these other places that are closing because of poor customer service
