Her service has been excellent for us over the past nine years since we started it.
She has messed up our taxes the past two years, causing us to pay 30.00.
We accepted her apology and returned to our appointment when she had doubled the booking, so she asked if we could reschedule. (Not sure why the other couple was so important, but we rescheduled).
I called this year, and Joyce, the woman answering the phone, said that we had sent you a letter informing you that my appointment was at 11:00.
They never made an appointment for us.
I asked her if she could reschedule, and she replied yes.
I didn’t get a call, so I called her and asked her for a time.
She said she didn’t have any in that period.
I said, ok, we can do it anytime after 3:00. She said she would call me back.
When I asked her why they generate a time, she replied that they do so that everyone has time.
It would be fantastic, but if it doesn’t work out for clients and they keep saying they will call you back, how is that customer service?
They can create a letter with a date and time, so why can’t the system allow them to reschedule?
It would be impossible, I think, with all the technology available.
I stated that this was disappointing, and I didn’t get it. They don’t seem to care.
All she said was, “I am sorry, this is a busy season of the year.”
This year is the same every year. I suppose if we were a large company, it would be more critical.
This company has been our partner for many years.
Their customer service and financial performance have declined year after year.
They are not recommended. It is truly a shame that people don’t care about anyone anymore.
I guess their 250.00 per year isn’t worth it for them to find the time.
