Please if anyone reads this do not use Howell tax Accounting. We have been using her for the past nine years when we first started it was great.
The past two years she messed our taxes up causing us to pay 300.00 which was her mistake.
We forgave her and went back when we arrived at our appointment she doubled booked the appointment so she asked us if we could reschedule (not for sure why the other couple was more important but we rescheduled).
This year I called and the lady that answered the phone (Joyce) said oh we sent you out a letter stating that your appointment is at 11:00.
We never sat up an appointment they just generated one for us.
When I asked her if we could rescheduled she said yes I will have to check on that and call you back.
I didn’t receive a call so I called and asked if she had a time she said we don’t have anything in that time frame I told her ok we can do anytime after 3:00 she said ok I will have to call you back.
I asked her why they generated a time without checking with the client she said they do that so it guarantees that everyone gets a time.
That would be great but if it doesn’t work for the clients and they always say they are going to call you back and don’t how is that good customer service.
If they can generate a letter with a time why can’t they go into their system to reschedule.
I would think with all of the technology that it would not be a problem.
I said this is disappointing I don’t understand it seem like you don’t care and they don’t all her response was I am sorry this is a busy time of the year.
This year happens the same time every year I guess if we were a big company I’m sure it would matter more.
We have gave this company several years of our business and money and their customer service has went down hill year after year.
I would not recommend them at all. It really is a shame that people do not care about anyone anymore it all comes down to the mighty dollar and I guess my 250.00 a year isn’t worth it to them to find a time
