Houston Federal Credit Union Kirby Office has struggled for sometime with staffing.
The manager and his member service staff were always extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I was just there and found out the Manager is no longer there and he was the only reason I banked there.
Based on what I just witnessed at that location upper management does not appropriatly support this branch.
I will be looking for a new Credit Union.
