hotends.com

Nick Stratton of hotends.com sells a horrible product.

I bought a 3d print head from hotends.com.  I found out later that the original guy who started the site is no longer involved and Nick didn’t update the site to tell people this.  After I bought the 3d print head it didn’t work.  So, I contacted Nick at hotends.com and he was rude.  He refused to help me, refused to send a replacement, and refused to give me a refund if I sent the 3d print head back.  Do not do business with hotends.com and Nick Stratton.  I have a PayPal dispute filed and he’s fighting that, too.
