A clerk at the Vienna, VA store failed to return my gift card to me – it had a $200 balance. When I called the Corporate offices in Massachusetts, they were able to see that the card now had a zero balance.
I feel robbed….the Corporate office told me they were unable to do anything else, despite having records which would show who made those remaining purchases – most likely the clerk who checked me out.
I tried to reach Michael Ball, District Manager, at his Falls Church office, but he refuses to call me back.
I will not be revisiting this chain of stores.
