Purchased a futon sofa Bed on 5/18/17. Was told by store employee to come back, they had to order. Charged $253.33 on our credit card. Went back to the store to pick up our futon sofa bed and discovered it was the wrong color. We asked that our credit card be refunded – we did not want the wrong color. Here we are 7/10/17 and we have not received the credit nor has a check been mailed to us. Initially this company told us that they could not issue a credit to our credit card. Corporate would have to issue a check. Now they are saying that corporate cannot issue a check and we would have to go back to the store and get a credit on our credit card. What is going on? They have earned interest on our money for alomost two months. What a disgrace and terrible way to run a business. BEWARE!!!!
