Although telephone customer service and tech scheduling reps were very friendly, the follow-through on the service was very disappointing. I went with HAS because I was told by our previous property manager that they had serviced the air conditioning at my house the year before and the property was in their system.
First appointment there was a scheduling mis-hap and even though when I called they could see I was on the schedule for first appointment of the day, no one showed, and we had to reschedule. Second appointment we were supposed to be first appointment again and the tech didn’t show until mid-day and came without the right filter for our system and without a ladder tall enough to reach the unit on the roof.
I know it is a busy season, and things sometimes fall through the cracks, but I don’t have confidence that these mistakes are on-off and didn’t see the professionalism other reviews reference. Unfortunately, I cancelled the yearly service contract I was expecting to sign.
