Worst Manager and worst customer service At HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union.

Today when I called customer service I got the most rude lady ever! She was horrible.

HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Unionreally needs to treat their clients with respect and dignity.

These people need to go to  a Customer Service training! Worst experience in a bank I ever had in my life.

Not Helpful, not polite, not respectful people. I am going to close my both accounts with this bank.

I hope this message gets somewhere that people would look into this issue.

    Branch manager wasn’t friendly Malia Vaimaona at all. This HAWAIIUSA FCU Kapiolani branch seems to have multiple issues; Parking, long lines, bad manager. MOST OTHER BRANCHES ARE GREAT. FIRE THE MANAGER.
