I’ve been a member here for over 2 years now. Today was my day off and decided to go to the bank to withdraw some money.
I usually go to the queens location only because its convenient and I work in the hospital.
I try to avoid that location as much as possible because of the bad reputation on customer service that they have.
Decided to go to this FCU location instead. The reason why I don’t mind driving to this location is because of the great customer service that I always recieved. Unfortunately not today!
Mind you there were no lines at the moment, just me. As I entered there were two tellers available, none of them that I recognize.
No one greeted or even a simple smile from any of two tellers. Such a disappointment! I knew right there that they didn’t want to help me.
The teller that helped me was not friendly. She starred at me and ask what am I here for.
I told her to withdraw money. Once that transaction was done, she didnt even say anything to me.
No thank you, have a good day, or even a simple bye. She just continued on with her business.
No eye contact whatsoever. Wow! I just can’t believe that just happened. Talk about it great customer service!
I will still continue to come here but hoping for an improvement and better customer service next time around.
