Poor Customer ServiceIn all the years I have been banking I have never experienced such poor customer service and impersonal banking.
I have a savings account with this bank because it’s an affiliate of my place of employment.
I decided to do a student loan refinance with them and let’s just say we are going on two weeks and I have made multiple phone calls to them to verify my documents so I can finish my loan process.
I have called 5 different times and each time I keep getting told that my documents have been reviewed and I’m all set then I get a text telling me they have been rejected and I have to upload new documents and call back again and go through the whole process.
On two occasions the lender had exactly what they needed the underwriter just didn’t look at all three pages uploaded.
This whole thing has been a complete waste of time and I am still not done yet!
If I hadn’t taken the hit on my credit score I would tell the bank to go kick rocks and I would go to a different lender.
This is ridiculous! I went to the physical bank to resolve my issue and they referred me to their website and sat with me while I made yet another phone call. Useless!
What’s the point in having a banker when they can’t even manage a loan?
