If I could leave a 0-star review I would! Beautiful recliner, atrocious customer service.

Jeff, who claimed to be the manager of the store, was exceedingly disrespectful to me over the phone after I had spent over $2,000 on a piece of furniture. While attempting to resolve some confusion in a reasonable manner, Jeff proceeded to speak to me in a arrogant, condescending tone and ask questions that were completely unrelated to the purchase of the furniture. As several other Dirty Scam reviews also reveal, this employee desperately need a lesson in customer service (and humility). Horrendous experience, I will not be doing business here again and I will actively tell my friends and family not to do business here.

  1. I didn't buy that day but when I'm ready I will be making my purchase here.

    Hamilton’s was recommended to me by my neighbor. I am in the market for a reclining sofa. I researched every store on Rockville pike one afternoon and after being highly disappointed and discouraged with what I found at the other stores, I was pleasantly impressed with the service and quality at Hamiltons.

    I wasnt sure what to expect when I walked in and found a young lady that was doing 10 things at once.It was a Thursday afternoon. I am a 60 year old man that hasn’t bought furniture in 20 years and found nothing but clerks at the other locations.

    I was very impressed with the young lady that was managing the store that day. She by far was the most knowledgeable salesperson Id come across. I thought the furniture was reasonably priced and the service was superb. I am on a limited budged and found a few things that would meet my needs.

    I was not followed around and bothered as I did my research, but was given detailed information when I was ready .It was refreshing to see that some company’s have quality people. I didn’t buy that day but when I’m ready I will be making my purchase here.
