Provide Bad Advices And Incorrect Information
What kind of cpa would not provide their client with basic knowledge when they decide to enlist their service to start a corporation? Not only do they not inform you that you have go pay a tax regardless of whether you make a buck, they also give you incompetent response when you ask them to file to close the business for you.
They tell you it is expensive like a few hundred dollars which it isn’t.
They also give you advice like the government won’t do much to you if you don’t pay the taxes, that suspension of the business is no big deal.
Then we start receiving mail from the government requesting for taxes owe and penalty.
When we approached and talk with the cpa about this issue, they took 0 responsibility, and we left with thousands of tax penalty even though we never made a buck throughout all these yrs and keep requesting them to file and close the business.
They are totally incompetent, only takes your money and refused take responsibility, they should have their licenses invoked.
They don’t explain basic things you need to know, they don’t protect or have clients best interest.
Why they still in business is beyond me. I believe they completely fail their fiduciary responsibilities, they do not care about clients, they are clueless and provide bad advices and incorrect information which could lead to more tax liability to you!
They should be out of business so they don’t cause more harm to others who count on them for tax advice.
