I was told Mr. Gray was an excellent accountant and worth waiting for. I met him in person in Feb.
Emailed him regarding my taxes on March 1. Between Mar.1 and April 1 I received ONE email asking a question then he didn’t get back to me again until April 5 after I gave him a deadline of 2 days before.
He said my deadline was amusing. Mr. Gray may be a good accountant, I would not know at this point, but his customer service is lacking.
In the future, a more respectable business practice would be to inform me right away if you cannot take on my return so I have ample time to find someone else.
As of right now every accountant I have spoken to is not taking new 2018 returns and I’m going to have to file an extension.
I am unwilling to work with Mr. Gray at this point and cannot recommend him to anyone else because of his unreliable communication.
