Scott’s real estate training is a bait for their scam

Scott Yancey owner of Goliath Company, sells his training on real estate to trap people into investing into his real estate scam. I joined his training in San Francisco and paid about $22,000 in total. In the training, the instructor, Tim Anderson, told us that we do not need to invest in million dollar homes. He even informed that the $500,000 was easily available for purchase and repair if homes through them. As per the CBS report, the average value of house in San Francisco is $925,000.

As, Scott Yancey and team provides 20%-40% of the market value, they tend to offer a very low financing. There are other companies which offer 90% to sometimes 100%. Scott Yancey offers $500,000 which is much lower than the average value of homes at San Francisco.

I paid $1,997 when the training started and they ask for remaining $18,997 if you wish to know the precise information on real estate investing. In short, they allow you to sit in their training with the first $1,997 investment and then will ask you for $18,997, if you wish to learn about their tactics which is not worthy of the amount they charge.

At first, they provide the DVD’s which quotes, “don’t worry if you do not have money.” Later, when you ask them for the funding, they will ask you for a high paying job and to put 5% – 10% of the total funding amount from their pocket.

It would be shocking to know that they asked me to arrange the buyer and the seller at the same time to get the funding from them. My question is, “Who will sell their house to Scott Yancey when they are getting much more money from another company.”

These goons are way more cleaver than you can expect and would brain wash you to make profit. Who pays such a big amount for training to get pennies in return? I did and many others as well. It was because they know how to lure people in investing.

They make it sound so easy that no one can delay in paying them the rest of the amount for training. I want my refund that they are not ready to pay. I knew it would not be a cake walk to get money out of their pocket when they are the master players.

Scott Yancey and his team of goons are smarter than you think and would take different turns to make you believe in what they say. Their promises are fake and illusionary. Since date, Scott Yancey and his firm have not made any great success which can prove the above claim incorrect.

Scott Yancey is a fraud and would make you repent later. I am still struggling to get my money back which seems impossible.

  1. Scott Yancey Review

I attended the seminar arranged by Scott Yancey. It was a free seminar and like all other free ones, it used the post sales strategy to sell their 3 day training program worth $1197. In the free seminar, they offered free lunch which was just a box lunch with a broken DVD.

Still, I joined the training thinking that it could help me plan my real estate investment. However, it turned out to be complete waste of time and money. The three day training was a kind of introduction and they try to make it suspicious so that you buy their next product which is more than expensive. They ask $30,000 for that.

I did not pay them as I could smell the scam. They kept calling me for making their sale. I objected and that was when they stopped. These guys are bugger. What they tell you in the training is very basic and you can easily search that on internet.

They call it theirs which is unethical. Scott Yancey is a fraud and you must run away from him. He will take away all the money you have. You can instead, invest with your savings into real investment plans and not fake ones, that Scott Yancey has to offer.

  2. Goliath company review

I completely agree with you guys. I also attended the seminar conducted by Scott Yancey and all I felt was anger and pain. I was still unsure about the reason I visited these scammers as it was good for nothing. There free seminar is full of aggressive sale pitches. The seminar that was supposed to end in 90 minutes, took 4 hours and most of the time, they were trying to sell their 3 days training program for $2000, some seminar worth $500 and so on.

They were not at all interested in giving us an insight of the real estate business. All they wanted us to buy their paid programs which I understood was a scam.

Whenever, there is high sales pitches, I smell something fishy and in this case, the entire room was smelling of scam. I was sitting next to a man, who told me that he got scammed by these con artist and now was looking for some help which they were completely ignorant about.

When the seminar ended, they handed over mp3 player that you can buy for $3 all by yourself. They also mentioned that they would give away laptops to the first 50 people, which was not at all mentioned in the seminar.

I think, these people does not even know how to lie. These are not good at sales, how can they teach us anything about real estate.

I never joined their training and I feel at loss because my time was much precious that the free sandwich that they offered at the seminar.
