Ginkgo Gardens

Ginkgo Gardens is Scammer

I sought out Ginkgo because I am interested in redesigning my patio. I had heard good things about Ginkgo although they do have a reputation for being high priced. I submitted a written request for a consultation and handed it directly to the employee at the front desk. Unfortunately, it has been 2 months and I have not heard back. When I called to inquire about the status, I got a “fast talking” unapologetic response from the employee. Rather than just state that he would follow up he had to go into “used car salesman” mode and tell me how busy they were and that I should be happy to wait. When asked about any assurance of an appointment, he gave me none. All I needed to know was that someone would look into the status of my request. I guess that was too much to ask.

I’m sure not all of Ginkgo’s employees are represented by this individual, but I would recommend that they put this character in the back office rather than facing customers.

Maybe they’re just rolling in business, but under no circumstances do I ever expect such poor service – especially from a business that charges premium prices!
