I have order and select service to delivery gift to Attard, Malta and to invoice after payment has shown that I selected USA and website just keep sending same email again to get product for Malta (to make more payment).

Please help investigate and get them.

  1. PHOTOS OF MY ITEMS FROM MY UK BASED BUSINESS BEING USED

    I WAS DOING SOME MARKET RESEARCH AND CAME ACROSS GIFTBLOOMS – SCROLLING DOWN THEIR LISTINGS AND I RECOGNISE A PHOTO AS BEING ONE OF OUR ITEMS. DOUBLE CHECK JUST IN CASE I WAS MISTAKEN AND IT WAS DEFINITELY OUR PHOTO. CARRIED ON AND PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING HAS BEEN ADDED TO THEIR SITE!
    NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM – WILL BE SEEKING EGAL ADVICE BUT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  2. Scammers!

    Ordered a balloon bouquet and bear for my 5 year old niece that had surgery. Ordered same day delivery. It’s now day 4 and nothing arrived. Only communication is a chat bit and email. They send emails trying to passing you you but nothing was done to refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I reported them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would be out almost $100 if I hadn’t paid through PayPal.

  3. Fraudulent Company

    I purchased a balloon bouquet for my son‘s 50th birthday, this bouquet cost me $80. What I ordered was six Mylar balloons, 3 smiley face ones and 3 happy birthday ones along with six latex balloons. To include a total of 12 balloons.

    However what my son received was 2 Mylar balloons (with pink and red hearts) and the rest ALL pink balloons; they knew this order was for a man because his name was clearly listed as the recipient. I’m not sure why they deemed it appropriate to send a man pink balloons. The bouquet he received was nothing like what I ordered. I’ve tried reaching out to this company and they are very non-responsive.

    Placed order August 19, 2022 tracking my order they stated the person I was sending to no longer lives there and was sent back. Cannot refund due to perishable goods. Sent email and asked to send to me. No response so far. The products are individually wrapped candies and cookies not that damn perishable!

  5. Anniversary ruined

    We ordered balloons and bear for an anniversary but nothing arrived , the company insisted it had but they have no proof of delivery , of course we would not be wasting such a huge amount of time following up if it had been delivered but they keep insisting they are right , they have no telephone number to call and three days on we are still chasing a refund but were left with no alternative but dispute with the credit card company , if this delivery service is not dishonest then they are totally inefficient and avoid settling disputes with long waiting times and no direct contact. I would definitely not recommend them in any way and suggest you try another supplier with clear contact numbers so in case you have a dispute your are not led on a long and stressful chase around , they spoiled the anniversary surprise

  6. Rip Off - Not worth Your Money

    The flowers they advertise and I ordered did not arrive. I was given another arrangement with no balloon and a totally different color scheme and quality, for the same price. Prior to delivery of this “replacement bouquet”, I was told my order was delayed and tried to contact them via email with an extremely slow or no existant response. Due to that fact I was force to order from another website because I didn’t know if they were going to make a delivery. If I could attach pictures I would.

  7. Scam site

    ordered for a friend in the US. Elaborate lies spun about not having the product, then after, saying that the address I supplied is wrong. After that, they remain uncontactable.

  8. ABSOLUTELY SCAM

    I placed my oder on Monday and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. I even sent them a separate email making sure that everything will go smoothly.
    First problem, they put me on “on hold” status saying that my order was suspicious due to different server location where I made the order. I made the order from other country, of course the server location is different. But they asked me to send a selfie with my credit card or call my card company for authorization.
    Second, my order was not delivered on time for NO REASON. Not even the same day when it was supposed to be delivered.
    Third, no proper notice or communication that my order couldn’t be delivered on time nor apology.
    I paid the delivery service and have it scheduled for a reason! They notified me only after I sent them a follow up email otherwise they would have never contacted you.
    Right now I’m still waiting for their reply on where my order is. Hopefully they really can have it delivered by today.
    The worst service experience I have ever encountered! Highly NOT recommended.

    If anyone knows a better way on how to report a company to higher authorities, please let me know. I work for customer service so I really can’t accept this kind of scam.

  9. This is a Scam! Order never Delivered

    My daughter has been confined to a nursing home bed for over six months. Three days before her birthday I ordered these balloons to be sent to her bedside between 8 and 10 AM in the morning. They never arrived! All correspondence from them kept saying they will be delivered today, it was all automated, very poor English, and signed by four or five different peoples’ names.

    My mom in Colombia wanted to give me a gift for my birthday on May 4, I bought a cake with you to be delivered to my house in Australia, which never came, on May 11, after making several complaints with my brother and for my part without receiving a response, I managed to contact customer service through facebook, request the refund of the money because we no longer wanted anything, and although they returned the cost of the cake they did not return 18.68 AUS extra that my mom paid for the Shipping. Two minutes after realizing this, I wrote to them again and they did not answer me again. In addition, the service is very poor, poor customer service, they never respond or send emails with only one image, where one cannot open them.
    It really is a scam that they play with the money of the clients

  11. GIFT BLOOMS IS A SCAM AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE COVID SITUATION
    I wish I had read these reviews before using this company – as their reputation for bad service, thievery and fraud goes way back before the COVID situation.
    On 21st April, I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter in Denmark – an orchid.
    They deducted $55 from my credit card and said the order would take 3 days.
    It is now day 8… and the gift has not been delivered.
    I have emailed them repeatedly on their website – asking for information or for a refund.
    All I receive is what seems to be an automated responses from someone called ‘Pete’
    Dear Customer,
    Thank you for choosing giftblooms.com
    We are checking with our delivery outlet, Once we have an update for you we will send you an email.
    This may take 24-72 Hours to get response as the hours are reduced of work as per Local and State Regulations on COVID-19.

  12. Giftblooms are a scam.

    I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter on 21 April from Giftblooms.
    She lives in Denmark.
    The date of delivery was noted as ‘3 days’
    It is now 8 days.
    The order has still not been delivered.
    In spite of numerous emails and message from me to them, I get nothing but an automated response back saying that they will update me when they have information about the delivery.
    Please don’t use this company.
    Any ideas who I can report this to?
