Would never recommend or do business with Gibson & Perkins. For ten years they handled a case for me only to have it dismissed by the courts for lack of activity on their part.
The firm had 3 different lawyers represent me during that time none of which could even get my claim to a hearing.
They simply took my money and let time laps so the court dismissed my case.
Since then it has taken me a full year to have my retainer returned as they had promised.
The firm now thinks they owe me nothing for holding my money for ten years and causeing me any chance of pursuing my claim.

Matters regarding irrevocable trust
The lawyers at this firm seem to be very knowledgeable, however, I do not recommend Steve Loester, he’s very nonchalant about the matter that concerns me. And he feels me without even discussing what is billing me for and charges for any email and any question that I have. My brother died in January. I haven’t heard a thing from Steve after I initially paid him $600 to send a letter to human resources. Sorry I even have to write this.
