Very poor customer service. I was treated with more disrespect at George Thana CPA PC than any other accountant I have ever dealt with.
I deal with accountants for a living so this was very surprising.
After treating me poorly George than began to complain to me about the confidential payments of his clients in an extremely disrespectful manner.
As a full time bookkeeper I work with many different accountants. This was my worst experience to date.
I thought about creating a referral relationship with George but I would never refer my clients to someone that is that unprofessional.

I’ve used George for over 20 years both personally and in business. George is the best I’ve ever had and I had three before him. I intend to stick with George as long as he is in business (which I hope is a long time) I have more complicated tax returns than the norm and I have never been audited while with George. He is thorough in his preparation and I find him to be timely in sending it in. I can’t speak highly enough of George.
