Using Gumtree to Post Job to Scam People to sign Phone line with Phone

It was a Tuesday afternoon on 17 July 2018 @ 12:26 pm, I received a call from this number 63868583 (call duration: 8 min), regarding a job posted on Gumtree. The person stated her/he name was Gene and that I have applied for the job a while back. I only remember I did send for some but I can’t remember what it was. I suspect it is the posting under the title: NEED HIGH PAY DAILY CASH JOB by Liangpoh.91 but when I tap on the title, it stated that the ad is no longer available. She stated that she was from a HR hiring company but I could not remember the name she stated, she told me the job scoop was simple it was to arrange the people who have confirm going down to interview with any interviewer to match their time. She then stated that she will call me on Wednesday again to confirm the meet up. But then it was on Thursday afternoon @ 12.01, I received a miss call again for the same number then I called back & she arranges to meet up at Tampines. She told me that her phone has limited battery & she did not have a portable powerbank to charge. She said that she will call me once she reach Tampines around 6pm. Around 5.30pm, I received call from her but there is no caller ID. When we met up, she was in a white slipper carrying a dark color duffel bag. We walk to Burger King & sat down as she explain more in details: “Daily they will send a list through an app and all I have to do is match for them & send to them and by 4.30pm they will confirm the total number of people who have gone down to interview to do the payout. For each person that went down, I will be paid $50. She also stated that I need to go to Starhub to open a new line under XL plan & that the company will be paying for it. She also told me previously there is an interviewer that misuse the company benefit thus once I sign, she needs to bring the phone back to register the IMEI with the company.” I did not suspect & gave my trust as I was in need of earning extra bucks. She also state that this is a paid interview, so she ask me to send sms to her work number (83227325) my full name, bank account number & my DOB. She atold me to go sign the line 1st as she needed to meet up with one more person for another interview. After that she called saying that she will be done about 15 mins. Once I have sign up, she called again & said she was done with her staff & to meet me at the escalator near Tampines McDonald. We then walk to near the entrance between Tampines & Century Square, I handed her the phone as well as the postpaid card (Apple Model: EAPP0014106 Iphone 8 64GB PRODUCT(RED), IMEI: 356079092877459, number: 94500955), she said that since they urgently need people she asked is i could start on Saturday, I said yes & she told me that the next day morning she will bring the phone back to register & meet me in the evening to pass me back & explain how to use the app to start the work. The next day I went to work as usual, till 4 plus I texted her where to meet but there was no reply so I called 63868583 & an old man answered the call & when I asked about Gene, he said I called the wrong number. So I called the handphone number & found out that the number is no long in service. It was then that i realise that i was being scam. That very night I tried calling my starhub number but it kept showing call failure. Then I called Starhub Hotline to get the line frozen, to avoid further usage or charges.
