I’m very disappointed with Future Financial Tax Services and unprofessional customer service.
As you can see, I worked with you to have my tax return filed on 4/10 and have been expecting the refund a lot sooner as it’s electronic filling which should have been about 1 week after that.
I have called your office many times to ask for the status and your employee has been giving me the run around and all the B.S. about I have to wait a little longer for the refund until I called again today and asked for the proof of filing so I can check with the IRS.
As it turns out from contacting the IRS, you just submitted the file today while you have been lying to me all these times about the waiting time.
I understand that sometimes people make mistakes but it really infuriates me the amount of efforts you have tried to hide it and the careless attitude you have towards your customer.
You should have realized the first time I called that you haven’t submitted my file and it should have been corrected at that time.
Not after multiple calls and the ultimatum given today then you now tried to correct your mistake.
Again, very big disappointment with your service and I’m expecting that your office will be responsible for any fee or penalties associated with this late tax filing.
