Unprofessional Experience
Had a pretty unprofessional experience “attempting” to work with Joe.
Had one meeting with him about filing my 2014 taxes and thought everything went pretty well.
There was a bit of information I needed to get to him before he could file the return on my behalf and I got him that info shortly after our meeting.
He had told me that he would have gotten back to me in a couple of day but weeks went by without me hearing a single word.
No response to emails and I couldn’t leave a voicemail as his inbox was full.
Very disappointing. I ended up using TurboTax to file at the very last minute.
