I can’t give this credit union any stars. The powers that be at this credit union decided to go with an enhanced computer system for online banking but they failed to think it thru.

I have my bills set up to pay online and with the old system all I had to do was sign in go to bill pay and bam, I was done.

Not so with the enhancement, most of my bills didn’t go through so now I have to manually put them all in again.

If you are going make enhancements, make them work. I am actively looking for a new bank.

    Very poor customer service. After shopping around I found better rates.

    New system is horrible. Bills and transfer accounts not brought over.
    Which means no testing was done.Which also means no care was given to the customer needs.Called and told I have to enter all that information back in like I’m a new customer. I will be doing it with anther bank. Very poor customer service. After shopping around I found better rates.

    Disgusted. Poor customer service. No follow up. 3 instances of fraud in 6 months, and not so much as a call to tell mr anything. I had to find out on my own!. No promise of trying to better security or anything.

    And i have to do all of the leg work to get my own money back. Wonder when i get my paycheck from FMFCU for doing their work for them. 30 year member is going elsewhere today.

    That is my only mistake.

    This credit union stole 525 dollars from me in a series of 35 dollar fees for transferring my own money. I was neither notified about the charges or given any disclosure about them. Upon noticing these charges I called one branch who led me to a corporate call center who made me call the branch I opened my account with. Clearly this is not a “team” company who just passes the blame to different locations.

    I have to wait for one manager to call me back in 4 days after not receiving a call back last week. I am told the best way to transfer money is in person at the branch implying that the fees are my fault because I wanted transfer my own money to myself when not in the area. I deposit 1000 dollars a month into this account and trusted a local company.

    That is my only mistake. Stay far away from this place and store your money under a mattress instead of this company. I never thought I would actually LOSE money from a credit union. I would give zero stars.

    They should definitely stay open later on Saturdays!!

    The hours are not ideal every time I try to go they are closed it is a huge inconvenience. They should definitely stay open later on Saturdays!!
