Frank Rogers with Rogers Backhoe services llc. Do not hire them to build your foundation for a modular home. They did everything wrong from not pouring the footings right, to putting vents in foundation where it was supposed to be a conditioned crawl space. To building it 6 1/2 inches out of square to improperly installing a curtain/French drain that did nothing but drained water into our crawl space, to improperly installing a vapor barrier which the footings were poured on top of vapor barrier and extended on the outside of the footings. They refuse to make anything right.
