Stay The Heck Away From Foundation Escrow

My purchase price for my home was $457,000 – yet I paid $4000 in taxes for the year per Maria at Foundation Escrow.

Am I that special that I have somehow managed to pay a lower tax rate than everyone else in San Diego County?

I paid more in supplemental tax bills. I have pointed out her mistake, sent screenshots, and she is so arrogant that she won’t even check her work.

I’m the stupid one. She knows everything.

I went on to contact the CEO of Foundation escrow, if I can get through her thick skull, she will have to ask the buyer for more money to cover the difference.

He may not have it, because buying a home is expensive.

This could delay or kill the closing all because she is so arrogant that she won’t listen or check her work.

I wonder what else she’s done wrong. All trust is gone.

And instead of working on it they go home at 5PM. The loan is supposed to fund tomorrow.

What’s extra annoying is that she puts a 🙂 at the end of every line because she thinks for a second that that make me think that she doesn’t think I’m the moron in the conversation.

Stay the heck away from Foundation Escrow. What a nightmare.

Between the padding of the bill with extra inflated charges, you still pay an extra large fee, just because they can rip you off.

  1. Lost money as an employee - An Opportunist who has no integrity

The owner Masud Sarwary hired me understanding my level of experience and took me from an employer who loved and valued me and who respected me as a person and as part of their work family. Once he hired me, he found someone within days with triple the experience that I had and hired them as well. He had moved me into my office originally, telling me welcome home and I spent money decorating the office to feel like a work home.

He, the owner Masud Sawary, two weeks into my employment expressed that he hired someone with more experience who would receive the new business generated by the Sales Reps rather than me as promised and he would figure something else out for me. He told me to remove my belongings from the office and move to the cubicle at the end of the building so the new person would have an office.

I believe that he lied and said that my prior employer would not confirm or deny my experience and that his Sales Team did have the confidence in me. Well typically most employers confirm experience PRIOR to hire and additionally I have emails from the sales team praising me and excited to work with me. It is my opinion that he felt like he settled with my experience and when the other person came along he hired her to basically replace me without ever giving me the opportunity to perform.

I believe this man chose greed and money over people and integrity. Because I have self respect I gave an immediate notice the following business workday not because of ego but because he disrespected me in a way that was unprofessional and consistent with his entitlement style behavior.

This cost me a very good job from my employer that he enticed me from and a monetary salary that I no longer have. I don’t believe that a business decision that impacts the life of a human being so that you can earn a lot more money is an ethical decision. I was never given an opportunity to perform because his greed and lack of integrity prevented that.

He has cost me a lot. And I am certainly not the first person he has done this to.

  2. An opportunist

I was hired for a position that I was qualified for and Foundation Escrow acquired me from a noble competitor who always treated me fairly and respectfully. I was directed to my new office and moved into the office bringing with me items to make it a professional setting, warm and inviting. Additionally, I was hired with an understanding that the sales team would assist me in building my client base. (Note: I did read all of the negative employee comments but did not heed the warnings-all of these people are not lying)

Within days of my hiring, the owner Masud
Sarwary found a more experienced candidate and hired them too within a week or so. Less than three weeks into my employment he tells me that he could not authenticate my credentials with my previous employer and that he didn’t want to set me up for failure so I needed to move out of the office and into the cubicle at the end of the building because he had hired an employee with 15 years of experience verses my 4 years. He also said that the sales team would be providing this employee with the new business and not myself as previously agreed.

This man behaved in a deceitful and unethical manner by slighting me and using false reasons to justify himself. He wasn’t saving me from failure, he caused my failure by taking me from an employer who did everything they could to keep me. He set me up to fail before ever giving me any opportunity whatsoever to perform in accordance with my employment offer.

He chose money and greed over integrity in doing the right thing. He hired me, then found a more qualified employee and hired her to replace me without any conscience or consideration for me. This man lacks a conscience, integrity and ethics.

This is truthful, you can decide whether he is a good person or not.

I worked with Foundation Escrow when selling my first home. They were super helpful throughout the entire process. I had no idea what I was doing going into it, but everything was promptly explained very well to me. I thought the process would be a nightmare, but I soon realized that it wasn’t at all.
