I request for the Cancellation of my first payment and i don’t want to continue for second payment. i tried to contact with one number showing in your website but she is not speaking to me properly and she cut the line while we are talking. I tried to talk with some numbers provided in website but nobody is picking the phone. I just want to know , i need some confirmation if what is the status of my request.

  1. I still don't have my refund for 8months!

    I booked a local flight last January on this present year. Then cancelled the booking on the same day due to some personal reasons. I confidently booked the flight because it was stated on their website that there will be a free cancellation and full refund given that you will cancel it not exceeding 12hours from the time of booking. I cancelled my flight less than 8hours, so i was expecting for the refund. But until now, i do not have my money back to my account. I emailed them for how may times but they are not accommodating. It cost me 303.19USD for my local flight. Take note, it was only a local flight. All i thought is that i will only pay for 172.26USD as their website showed. But once you paid the amount, you’ll receive an email that it was just the 55% of the full amount. I wish i can have my refund. This was so disappointing cause the amount will be use for my medication.

    Happend book my tickets on flightsticketgo.com in Feb, they charged my card and gave me a 10 reasons why they could not issue the ticket
    the reasons very weird , they doubted if my card was genuine, etc etc
    but then i was told that the ticket was not issued and i will get a refund on my card, they bought time until May never did the refund, pls do not fall for this scam

    This is the worst manipulative website I have ever used, I have purchas ticket since Seven months ago and I haven’t seen the small box which says that there are 2 type of payments, this is a very silly method of cheating the customers. I have proceed with purchase expecting to receive ticket afterwards!! I was surprised that they will need me to pay an extra amount which if I calculate the total will be more expensive than buying it from official website.

    Since 18 Oct 2017 till now I am emailing them requesting a refund which they have agreed on processing which never happened and they keep sending an emails delaying the process, quoting them « Your refund is under processing. Please kindly wait » .. I have waited more than 7 months ! I will not leave it at this i will do all the necessary action to destroy them.

    I had sent the below mail on the same day within 10 minutes of paying for the 1st step on 12/07/2017. I am following up since then for the refund and I donot receive any replys from them on the refund. its been 8 months now.

    As per my trail mail. Kindly process full refund as I was not aware that I have to pay over and above the website displayed flight fees. The the fare gave a total of USD 141 which is my budget to book a flight from any website, no where the additional *** fee amount was mentioned that i will have to pay to get a ticket. I compared to other sites and this was more or less the same so decided to go with you ???? my bad.

    Hence I have immediately applied for a refund on your website before receiving the ticket without delays.

    As per Point 1, 7 & of your refund policy – 1. In case the customers have misunderstood/misleading our process, policies and don’t want to payment step 2 to issue E Ticket, customer can request to us to full refund to your account without fee.
    Any amounts accrued and/or becoming payable on account of refunds shall be refunded to credit/debit card used to purchase the Booking or adjusted against the dues of the Customer as per the following schedule.

    Kindly advise me on the refund date that the money will be credited.

    With all disappointments I will now book from another site. This case will now make me publicize as much possible for people and my social media about your site before they do any transaction with you.
