  1. This was the lowest rating possible.

This was the lowest rating possible. I’ve been a customer of First Citizens Bank & Trust for over 15 years and personally, I’d rather put my money in a mattress. incompetency is rewarded with promotion. My last accounts (I and my wife have had 6 closed so far) will be closed within a month.

  2. Bypass the location and you get to circle the block until it comes up again.

Bank moved my account to a new credit card that still does not work some 12 days later. Lucky me. I had to take time off work to go down and close this account before it costs me real money.

Who ever heard of a real bank in a house –on a one-way street. Bypass the location and you get to circle the block until it comes up again.

  3. The worst bank that I have experienced in a very long time.

The worst bank that I have experienced in a very long time. My bank was purchased by these folks. The phone staff are pitiful to say the least — provided you can wait 25+ minutes to speak to someone.

If you call twice in one month to the automated system, you are charged $.50 each call. It took a couple of calls to get my online account established. Not willing to waive the fee. Yes, I know that it was only $2.50 but if it is important to the Bank, it is important to me.
