Waiting and unnecessary lab work
If you want to be forgotten, First Care Medical Centers is the place for you. I went in with flu like symptoms hoping to get a fairly quick answer and resolve. My entire visit totaled THREE HOURS.
It was at least an hour and a half before the PA actually came to talk to me.
The tech that helped me only did a portion of my vitals, so I had to go back in with someone else and do the whole thing all over again.
All while I was waiting in the exam room to be seen, I could hear DOT physicals being done that came in AFTER I had checked in.
The PA that saw me made me do lab work that wasn’t even necessary AND a pregnancy test after I had told her I most assuredly was NOT pregnant.
After all of the waiting and unnecessary lab work, I was told I “most likely” had the flu, despite me telling them I was pretty sure that’s what I had. DON’T go to this clinic.
