I cannot recommend Fintiba Blocked Account Plus. I had so many issues and being in Germany DAK insurance did not provide the confirmation, so I could not enrolled on time, was missing the first classes. I do not know if that is German bureaucracy or if it is just Fintiba being not professional. So I think it is Fintiba as other providers do it better I heard.
