Unfortunately Financial Freedom lack in the Customer Service Dept. I needed confirmation (in writing) that we got an extension over the 90 days after my Mom passed away — to sell the home.
We got the extension — but they refused to give it to us in writing unless I took the time to write a physical letter to them asking for them to send confirmation.
All they had to do was reply to the email that I sent them saying you have until (this date) in your extension — but they won’t do that.
I call this ANTI-Customer Service!
