Her Behavior Was Totally UnAmerican!

The receptionist At Family Medicine Health Center by the name of Maria was totally flippant and ill mannered.

Coming here today ruined my day. I wouldn’t want this girl representing my business.

The worst experience I’ve ever seen at a doctor’s office.

This receptionist failed at doing her job, she had trouble in completing a simple duty of scheduling an appointment for a kind hearted Senior Citizen client who was waiting patiently.

Her behavior was totally UnAmerican!

I heard her using a very unpleasant tone of voice at a customer who was patiently waiting to get his appt.

Card who noticed she was helping everybody who came in after him.

When the gentleman asked about his appt, she rudely said, ” I had to help somebody ” The gentleman said, ” I’m somebody too. ”

Very unprofessional decorum.

This receptionist should not be working at a doctor’s office.

The content of her heart truly showed in her character.

    My mother Svetlana M. has been a patient of Yevgeniya Bagdasarova, P.A.C. since 2002 and for as long as she has been practicing at this location. Such a sustained doctor-patient relationship speaks for itself.

    We keep coming because of highly professional, consistent, and considerate medical care as well professional, thoughtful, and tactful staff, always ready to promptly respond whenever assistance is needed.

    The reception staff is rude and short, the sliding-fee-scale is poorly developed and ineffective for a broad spectrum of low income patients, the facility is usually unkempt and questionable,

    and it is virtually impossible to communicate with the providers you see. Some of their providers are ok but it’s not worth dealing with the customer service and bad treatment.

  3. I would absolutely NOT have gone through with the appointment.

    BAIT & SWITCH – i specifically spoke to the scheduling desk about the type of appointment i needed scheduled/seen for because my insurance covered it in full, and they said they completely understood and they work with my insurance all the time, GREAT!!

    Well, about two weeks post appointment, i get hit with almost $400 in office fees because they totally changed the type of appointment and didnt tell me that they were doing so. I would absolutely NOT have gone through with the appointment.

    I feel there was a HUGE lack of duty to care here; any provider should be educated enough to know what type of appointment they are seeing a patient for, and should know enough to let that patient know when they are straying from the scope of service and will be incurring massive fees. I found this EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT and just plain lazy.

    upon trying to remedy this, the supposed clinic director could not seem to see past her stethoscope and understand why this was wrong, unfair and unprofessional and basically just said, well, that’s just how it has to bill. WOW

  4. I have had a bad experience with them.

    Unfortunately I am seeing all of the poor reviews of Family Medicine Health Center after I have had a bad experience with them.

    I was basically assigned to this practice and a physician there randomly when I was new to (and am still newish to) Boise. I was reassured they gave good care. My first time in the waiting room I was extremely under impressed with the lack of professionalism by the front office.
