Frustrating ExperienceFamily Care Specialists Medical Group has been my primary care provider for many years.
It’s been good. But today, I was so frustrated that I decided to switch my PCP.
They don’t take walk-ins on Saturdays, so I arrived at 8:30 to see when they should be open.
They opened half an hour late and didn’t explain why, even though they had been there earlier.
They took my copay, and I sat waiting.
Remember that I am extremely ill and have two small children.
After waiting for 75 minutes, they called me back and informed me that the doctor had not arrived and that they could refer me to urgent medical care if necessary.
This experience has many problems.
Although I know that emergencies can happen to anyone, even doctors, it is possible the doctor didn’t show up for work.
However, there was no communication between them and me until I waited for almost 2 hours from when they opened.
I usually don't do this but this clinic is amazing.
This clinic is incredible, even though I don’t usually do it. Dr. Tarin is always my doctor. She’s fantastic and very knowledgeable. Everyone was so kind today.
And Dr. Tarin was not present, but Cristal went out of her ways to get another doctor to sign them. Cristal is the best thing I have ever done. Cristal, you are the best! This clinic is a great place to visit.
Retrain her on customer service
I called just five minutes ago. The lady on the other end of the line was rude and seemed very unhappy. This is not a good image for the Doctor. Suggestion? Suggestion:
